This role carries responsibility for value analysis, advancing portfolio management best practices, strengthening governance frameworks, optimizing resource investments, and ensuring projects align with strategic business objectives. • Lead Enterprise Portfolio Strategy:
  Develop and oversee enterprise Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) practices that align technology investments with organizational priorities, ensuring projects deliver measurable value and support long-term strategic objectives for “Enterprise Business Applications (Oracle ERP Cloud)” portfolio.
• Drive Governance and Prioritization Excellence:
  Establish and maintain robust portfolio governance processes, prioritization frameworks, and decision-making structures that support effective resource allocation, investment oversight, and strategic planning across Information Services.
• Champion Strategic Execution:
  Partner with executive, business, operational, and technology leaders to evaluate, prioritize, and guide enterprise initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies, budgets, and timelines.
• Optimize Portfolio Performance:
  Oversee project portfolios through data-driven management practices, performance metrics, financial oversight, and capacity planning to maximize delivery effectiveness and business outcomes.
• Advance PMO Standards and Methodologies:
  Lead the development and continuous improvement of project management methodologies, governance standards, project accounting practices, performance reporting, and portfolio management tools that create consistency across the organization.
• Build Trusted Executive Partnerships:
  Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, ministry leaders, regional stakeholders, and governance councils by providing visibility into portfolio health, risks, opportunities, resource needs, and business value realization.
• Lead Organizational Transformation:
  Support enterprise transformation initiatives by driving change management, process improvement, operational excellence, and organizational learning that enhances project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and Inspire High-Performing Teams:
  Attract, develop, and lead talented project and portfolio management professionals while creating an environment focused on accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous growth.
• Drive Financial Stewardship:
  Collaborate closely with finance and operational leaders to support capital planning, budgeting, portfolio investment decisions, and value measurement while ensuring responsible stewardship of organizational resources.
