Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to actively lead strategic healthcare initiatives within integrated delivery systems. This role is ideal for a professional with deep expertise in project management, healthcare analytics, and business process reengineering. You will be responsible for analyzing project-related problems and creating innovative solutions that involve schedule, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management. Responsibilities:

Cultivating and sustaining client relationships, supporting organizational growth, and overseeing teams to ensure strategic and effective management of projects.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple work streams.
Responsible for managing risk management, financial budget and performance of the project to include evaluating resource needs based on scope, timelines and deliverables.
Prepare executive-level reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Serve as a liaison between consulting teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and impact.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to organizational knowledge development.
Analyze new and complex project-related problems, creating innovative solutions that involve schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management.
Monitor project progress, adjusting as necessary to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

Masters’s degree.
Minimum of 10 years professional work experience.
Experience leading programs including planning, initiating, managing, executing and closing out programs in support of an integrated Health Care System.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.

MS Office suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Outlook, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with government/civilian agencies or in the health care industry.

Eligibility:

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required federal public trust clearance for this role.
