Lead Construction Projects from Start to Finish

A growing and well-established construction organization in the Seattle area is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously throughout all phases of construction.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasting reports.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals.
• Monitor project costs and identify opportunities for cost savings and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements and vendor relationships.
• Track project progress and proactively resolve scheduling, quality, and budget concerns.
• Prepare and present project status reports to executive leadership and clients.
• Oversee project closeout activities including punch lists, documentation, and final turnover.
