Lead Construction Projects from Start to Finish
A growing and well-established construction organization in the Seattle area is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities- Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously throughout all phases of construction.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasting reports.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals.
- Monitor project costs and identify opportunities for cost savings and risk mitigation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements and vendor relationships.
- Track project progress and proactively resolve scheduling, quality, and budget concerns.
- Prepare and present project status reports to executive leadership and clients.
- Oversee project closeout activities including punch lists, documentation, and final turnover.
