Responsibilities- Influences the financial performance of a project by monitoring scheduling, forecasting, and cost control efforts.
- Identifies and mitigates risks to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
- Conducts regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Collaborates with engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design issues and address any changes.
- Closely monitors communicates risks, status etc. in project review meetings.
- Drives the pursuit of claims and change orders, tracks and reports on progress.
- Oversee procurement or Buy out process to ensure it adheres to set budget.
- Ensures the development and use of a CPM schedule throughout the life of the project.
- Directs project contract management to review, address and resolve contractual issues and claims.
- Establishes and promotes a safety culture.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with key business partners and stakeholders.
- Ensures subcontractors and suppliers are closely managed.
- Manages employees by mentoring, coaching, providing feedback and assessing performance.
- Evaluates employee's performance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree
