- Collaborate with the design team to create engaging graphics and layouts for various digital and print materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Assist in the development of branding elements, ensuring consistency across all platforms and products.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas and concepts that align with Tnuck's vision and target audience.
- Help maintain and organize the design library, ensuring all assets are easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Conduct research on design trends and competitor activities to inform and inspire your work.
- Support the production of design mockups and prototypes for internal reviews and client presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all design work meets strategic goals and deadlines.
- Revise designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to improve.
- Assist in preparing files for print production, ensuring that all specifications are met for quality output.
- Engage in continuous learning by seeking feedback and participating in professional development opportunities.
- Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and updates on ongoing projects.
- Help create a positive and collaborative team environment that fosters creativity and innovation.
- A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a design role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects that demonstrate creativity and technical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also managing individual tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Familiarity with web design principles and user experience (UX) best practices is a plus.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing software.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web development principles.
- Previous experience in e-commerce or retail design is advantageous.
- An understanding of marketing strategies and how design impacts consumer behavior.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Trello.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Basic knowledge of web design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of design trends and best practices
