About the role

As a Junior Designer at Tnuck, you will be an integral part of our creative team, contributing to the development of visually compelling designs that resonate with our brand's identity. You will collaborate closely with senior designers and other team members to create innovative solutions that enhance our product offerings and marketing initiatives.

• Collaborate with the design team to create engaging graphics and layouts for various digital and print materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Assist in the development of branding elements, ensuring consistency across all platforms and products.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas and concepts that align with Tnuck's vision and target audience.
• Help maintain and organize the design library, ensuring all assets are easily accessible and up-to-date.
• Conduct research on design trends and competitor activities to inform and inspire your work.
• Support the production of design mockups and prototypes for internal reviews and client presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all design work meets strategic goals and deadlines.
• Revise designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to improve.
• Assist in preparing files for print production, ensuring that all specifications are met for quality output.
• Engage in continuous learning by seeking feedback and participating in professional development opportunities.
• Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and updates on ongoing projects.
• Help create a positive and collaborative team environment that fosters creativity and innovation.

• A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a design role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects that demonstrate creativity and technical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also managing individual tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Familiarity with web design principles and user experience (UX) best practices is a plus.

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing software.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web development principles.
• Previous experience in e-commerce or retail design is advantageous.
• An understanding of marketing strategies and how design impacts consumer behavior.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Trello.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Basic knowledge of web design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Understanding of design trends and best practices
