The Partners Group currently has an exceptional opportunity for a customer service professional to join our Personal Lines team in Renton, WA as a Customer Service Representative.
How you will make an impact at TPG
In this role, you'll help strengthen our long-term client relationships by delivering responsive, high-quality service every day. You'll be the primary contact for our existing Personal Lines clients, ensuring their questions are addressed quickly, accurately, and with genuine care. Your work will support our Advisors and Account Managers while contributing directly to customer retention, client satisfaction, and team performance.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating clearly, and building trust with clients. It's a great fit for service-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
A typical day in this role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing Personal Lines clients via email and phone
- Process policy changes, handle billing questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear coverage explanations
- Identify coverage enhancements and recommend appropriate endorsements for home and auto policies
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established procedures within AMS
360 - Collaborate with Advisors, Account Managers, carriers, and internal teams to support seamless service
- Seek opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support retention efforts
Location:
Renton, WA (also open to Portland, OR); in-office with hybrid remote opportunities
Hours:
40 hours/week, Mon-Fri
Compensation: $ per hour, non-exempt (DOE; approx. $45, annually)
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for long periods of time, ability to communicate verbally and in writing, and ability to handle long periods of screen time.
Travel:
Minimal, if any
Requirements
What you'll bring to the table
- Minimum of 2 years of Property & Casualty insurance experience, or 2 years of comparable customer service experience
- Active Property & Casualty license, or willingness to obtain it within four months of completing a pre-licensing course
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn and navigate carrier systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly
- A client-service mindset, dependable follow-through, and comfort managing multiple priorities
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and accuracy in documentation
- Experience using AMS
360 or a similar agency management system - Knowledge of personal lines insurance products, including common coverage gaps and endorsements
- Demonstrated success in building strong client relationships and supporting retention
- Ability to work effectively across teams and adapt to evolving client needs
