Overview

Renton Veterinary Hospital is seeking a dependable, experienced, and team‑oriented part‑time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing veterinary team.

This position is currently focused on Friday coverage
, with opportunities for additional shifts and potential full‑time growth in the future.

Applicants must already have experience with:

• Multi‑line phone systems
• Professional email communication
• Customer service and client communication
• Cash handling and payment processing
• Opening and end‑of‑day closing procedures
• Reconciling payments and daily balances
• Working in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment
• Veterinary experience preferred, but strong medical, hospitality, or high‑volume customer service backgrounds may also be considered.

• Answer high‑volume phone calls
• Schedule appointments and assist clients
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Support front desk workflow and daily hospital operations
• Assist client communication via phone, email, and text platforms

• $20.50 – $21.57 per hour
• Additional compensation may be considered based on experience
• Part‑time position
• Part‑time employees not eligible for full‑time healthcare or other full‑time benefit packages unless otherwise required by law or company policy

• Washington paid sick leave provided in accordance with state law
