Emergency Communications Officer (Williams Landing)
Triple Zero Victoria (TZV) provides the critical link between the Victorian community and the state’s emergency services agencies. It runs Victoria’s 24‑hour emergency call‑taking and dispatch services for Police, Fire, Ambulance and VICSES, offering a unique integration of emergency services communications in Australia.
OverviewAs an Emergency Communications Officer you will receive and process all emergency and non‑emergency triple‑zero calls from the public and other emergency service agencies. Every day presents a new challenge and an opportunity to help people in their most critical moments.
About the RoleYou will be fully supported from your first day with comprehensive paid training, after which you will start handling real triple‑zero calls with guidance from team leaders. Possible roster options include full‑time rotating, full‑time set and part‑time set rosters, providing flexibility to match your circumstances and preferences.
