Andersen Company is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Washington, DC, United States

This is a Full-time position offering a competitive hourly wage of $19 - $29 USD per hour
. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, embodying our commitment to excellence and contributing to our continued success.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
- Resolve client issues, complaints, and concerns with a high degree of professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain and update client records accurately in our internal systems.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for prompt resolution.
- Process client requests and manage accounts with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to improve the overall client service experience.
- Gather and report client feedback to help identify areas for service improvement.
- Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role is essential.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and the MS Office suite.
- A patient and empathetic attitude towards clients.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience with in the financial services or tax industry would be a significant advantage but is not required.
