As a Concierge in Washington DC you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and residents of our luxurious hotel. Your main duties will include assisting with reservations and inquiries, coordinating transportation and activities, and providing recommendations for local attractions and events. You will also handle any special requests or needs of guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.
This role requires excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, as well as strong attention to detail.

Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of the local area and attractions
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary: $1500/month
