Requisition Summary
The Dealer Experience Specialist's primary function is to provide a high level of support to our network of Kenworth and Peterbilt dealers by troubleshooting order issues and supporting a variety of inquiries received via web and phone. These requests are related to order placement, order modification, expediting, shipping, availability, and pricing.
Job Functions / Responsibilities- Advise dealers concerning order status and changes, shipping information, product availability, product programs, and pricing policies.
- Negotiate vendor availability and lead times based on dealer needs.
- Resolve issues pertaining to shipments, expediting, and special order handling while providing a high level of service.
- Special Projects as needed.
- Bachelor's degree desired.
- Previous experience in a fast paced customer service environment preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work closely with others in a team environment.
- Relationship building and de-escalation skills.
- Strong technical skills and ability to maneuver through multiple programs utilizing dual monitors.
- Ability to think outside the box and make decisions in ambiguous situations.
- Highly attentive to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to follow up on tasks until they are brought to closure.
- French or Spanish language a plus.

At PACCAR, the salary range for this position is $62,000 – $85,030 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
