Seeking Experienced BDC Representatives for a Startup

Our ever growing company is looking for ambitious, goal-oriented individuals to join our team. Representative is responsible for developing, processing, managing, following up and tracking all Honcker customers as it pertains to orders, customer satisfaction, and ancillary product sales.

• Responsible for making outbound sold and unsold follow-up calls
• Generate sales by means of proactive outbound prospecting
• Handle incoming inquiries & leads from multiple platforms (Email, Phone, Text, Chat etc.)
• Respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
• Assist customers in sales process, data flow and delivery coordination
• Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
• Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and facilitate delivery logistics

• Enthusiastic team player with a passion for technology and customer service
• Intermediate computer skills with an ability to be trained on our Customer Service Platform (Zendesk)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an understanding of proper etiquette
• Possess time management skills and can work independently
• Able to make 100+ outbound calls per day
• Not be afraid of the word "No"
• Take direction well
• Solution-minded professional with a drive to deliver value to demanding customers
• A history of being punctual, responsible and reliable
• Previous experience working in automotive BDC, customer service or a call center environment preferred
