Registered Dental Hygienist

Our fantastic family practice in Auburn is looking for a long-term temporary dental hygienist to work 2-4 days a week to cover for maternity leave. Any dates available for coverage would be considered. The practice is open Monday-Thursday from 8am to 5pm. This is a Dentrix office that provides in-house CEREC crowns, uses digital radiographs, and mostly paperless. This well-established, two doctor practice prides itself in providing high quality dental care in a comfortable environment.

Maternity leave would be 07/06/2026 - 10/22/2026. Our hours are Mon-Thurs, 7:30am-5pm with a 1 hour lunch.

• Providing dental health education about tooth care and diet
• Removing plaque and calculus by scaling and polishing teeth
• Taking dental radiographs of teeth
• Applying prophylactic/antibacterial materials, fissure sealants, and topical fluorides to help prevent tooth decay
• Carrying out screening and monitoring procedures
• Following all guidelines with proper use of PPE to keep patients and the team safe

• Registered Dental Hygienist's license
• Valid CPR card
• Meticulous about oral health and the health of patients

$65-$70/hour
