We are hiring immediately for full- and part-time positions in our dental offices and are seeking teammates who care, listen, and are motivated to help our patients and communities.

At Gentle Dental, our Treatment Coordinators manage the patient experience from clinical diagnosis through treatment acceptance. You will clearly communicate treatment plans, financial options, and available payment solutions to help patients make informed decisions about their care. From the first appointment to the completion of treatment, our Treatment Coordinators help guide patients toward a happy and healthy smile!

• A minimum of 1–2 years of front office experience in a medical or dental environment
• Strong computer skills required; QSI/Denticon experience is a plus
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Previous experience presenting treatment plans and reviewing the cost of services with patients is preferred

$24–$29 per hour
