Opportunity Details
Optimum has partnered with clinics in western Washington that have openings for a Pediatrician to join their team. Enjoy a 4‑day workweek with rotating call shifts, plus the opportunity to practice in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Opening Overview- Schedule:
4×10‑hour shifts per week - Call Requirement: 1:4 rotation, covering 7‑8 inpatient days per month
- Shifts available at multiple outpatient clinics
- Patient Volume: 15‑20 per day, ~200 deliveries per year
- Patient Population:
Newborns through 18 years old - Must be available for the main hospital for emergencies and to attend some deliveries
- Will attend scheduled births for high‑risk pregnancies
- EMR:
Athena Health - Must be board‑certified
