• 24-Hour Call: $2,800 per 24 Hours
• Night Call: $555/shift
• Call Back: $325/hour

• Monday-Friday
• Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Clinic Followed by Night Call
• Call Required
• 7 Days of Unrestricted Call
• Call Rotation: 1:5

• Patients Age 16+
• Approximately 18 Patients Per Day
• Hospital Size: 122 Beds

• Provide Outpatient OB/GYN Clinic Coverage
• Provide Inpatient OB/GYN Coverage
• Perform Rounding and Admissions
• Provide Labor and Delivery Coverage
• Perform OB/GYN Procedures in the Clinic
• Perform Obstetric Procedures in Labor and Delivery
• Perform Gynecologic Surgical Cases in the Operating Room

• Provider Will Not Work Solo
• 5 Other Physicians / Clinicians in the Practice
• Hospital and Clinic Privileges Required
• Epic EMR

• Board Certified in Obstetrics/Gynecology
  - Required
• At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience in Obstetrics/Gynecology
  - Required
• Active Washington Medical License
  - Required
• BLS
  - Required
• ACLS
  - Required
• BLS and ACLS Must Be Through AHA or American Red Cross as Applicable
• Epic Experience
  - Required
• COVID-19 Vaccination
  - Required, No Exemptions

• Case Documentation From the Previous 24 Months Required
• Obstetrics: Documentation of 100 Patients, Including at Least 15 Cesarean Sections and 30 Vaginal Deliveries
• Gynecology: Documentation of 50 Gynecology Patients Representative of the Scope and Complexity of Privileges Requested

• Emergency / Expedited Privileges May Be Available Depending on the Circumstances of the Role
