Para educatorMinimum Qualifications
- A copy of their high school diploma AND
- Documentation of one of the following:
- a. A copy of an official college transcript indicating an AA degree or higher OR
- b. 72 quarter or 48 semester credits earned in 100 level and higher courses OR
- c. Official documentation of a passing score on the ETS Para Pro assessment (If you would like information about scheduling an assessment, please contact Human Resources at )

Benefits EligibilityRenton School District employee benefits are administered by the Washington State Healthcare Authority (HCA) under the School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB). for an overview of available benefit options.
Eligibility for benefits is determined by the number of hours employees are anticipated to work during the school year (September 1 through August 31). Any employee who is scheduled to work 630 hours or more in a year is eligible for benefits.
