- Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through mobile apps and personal discussions.
- Partner with daycare center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals to support the center’s success.
- Build relationships with families and coworkers, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
- Manage classroom routines efficiently while maintaining high standards of behavior management and child welfare.
- Mentor and supervise assistant teachers and support staff to ensure quality care and educational consistency.
- Passion for the education and care of children.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with preschool‑aged children, preferably with toddlers or infants.
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field (preferred) or high school diploma/GED (required).
- Demonstrated commitment to child welfare, safety protocols, and inclusive practices.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Background check clearance required.
