The Christian and Missionary Alliance - U.S. Church Ministries is looking for a Part-Time Associate Pastor in Elma, Washington. This role supports the Lead Pastor in shepherding a multigenerational congregation, focusing on family ministry development, biblical teaching, and pastoral care.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of ministry experience and a Master’s degree in a related field. A license with The Christian and Missionary Alliance is required. The position offers a flexible 20-hour work week with a salary range of $2,500 – $3,500 per month.
