Right At School Childcare Program, Educator
Educator Pay Range: $21.57-$22.00 per hour (based on education and experience)
Monday‑Friday Split Shift. Must be available all 5 days for one and/or both shifts each day.
Before School Shift: 6:30am‑9am (Friday 6:30am‑10:30am). After School Shift: 3pm‑6pm. Actual schedule will be based on program needs.

Responsibilities- Organize program materials for lessons and activities, and document attendance, incidents, and other observations.
- Deliver a dynamic daily curriculum that engages children in academic and social character‑building, expanding school‑day learning.
- Use training to model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain safety, well‑being, and focus of all children while supporting homework completion, leading fitness activities, and guiding play.
- Maintain excellent communication skills with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
- Meet regularly with the Program Manager regarding professional progress and team accountability.

- Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills.
- Strong teamwork abilities.
- At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
- Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living.
- Respect for and dedication to working with children with special needs.
- A genuine love for children.
- Proof of high school diploma/GED.
- Ability to meet state‑specific requirements: FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter, TB clearance, Food Handlers Card.
- 18+ years of age.
