Job SummaryWe are seeking a qualified English Tutor to join our team in Washington. This is a part‑time position with a salary of $1,600 per month.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in English or related field
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
- Fluent in English
- Conduct one‑on‑one tutoring sessions with students to improve their English language skills
- Develop personalized lesson plans and materials based on the student’s level and learning goals
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback on areas for improvement
- Communicate with parents or guardians as needed to discuss student progress and any concerns
- Attend regular training sessions and workshops to enhance teaching skills
