Technical Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Manufacturing Trainer to support the development of new hires in a dynamic production environment. This individual will deliver instructor‑led training on mechanical and aerospace assembly processes, helping ensure employees are equipped with the skills needed to succeed on the production floor.

This is a highly visible role where you’ll combine technical expertise with coaching and instruction
, directly impacting workforce readiness and operational excellence.

2ND SHIFT (3:00pm-11:00pm)

• Conduct learning needs analysis and define clear training objectives
• Deliver engaging instructor‑led training sessions in a classroom setting (up to 8 hours/day)
• Teach aerospace manufacturing topics such as Electrical, Structural, Systems, Seal, and Quality
• Observe, assess, and track trainee performance; provide coaching to improve outcomes
• Interpret and train from detailed work instructions, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Facilitate knowledge transfer through hands‑on instruction, team coaching, and structured content delivery

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing operations/support
• Experience teaching, coaching, or instructing employees in a professional setting
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, or technical work instructions
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deescalate and manage diverse personalities
