• Perform utility data analysis, end‑use profiling, and maintain the EUI library for commercial facilities.
• Conduct on‑site surveys of a facility’s equipment and systems, documenting operations and controls.
• Write field notes and meeting minutes.
• Determine data to collect during site visits.
• Perform energy calculations, weather bin calculations, and energy modeling.
• Document building envelope, mechanical, and electrical systems for Investment Grade Audit Reports and Energy Services Proposals.
• Calculate heating and cooling loads.
• Assist scope development and preliminary design of proposed systems.
• Understand IPMVP measurement and verification options and select appropriate ones per improvement measure.
• Collect trends from Building Automation Systems for M&V reports and produce the M&V Report.

• Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Windows software platforms.
• Team‑oriented and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) preferred.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in energy analysis, site surveys, and client interviews.
• Knowledge of building construction and mechanical systems is a plus.
• Revit proficiency strongly preferred.
• Experience with Trane Trace 3D or other modeling software preferred.
