Job Title:
Network Designer (Wired & Wireless)
Duration: 6-12 Months Contract
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly experienced Network Designer with strong expertise in enterprise wired and wireless networking solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience with Cisco LAN/WLAN technologies, Arista switches, RF design, wireless surveys, and large‑scale manufacturing deployments.
Required Skills- Strong experience with Cisco 9K Series Switches
- Expertise in Cisco WLAN solutions and WLC 9800 Series
- Experience with Cisco Catalyst Center / Cisco Prime
- Hands‑on experience with wireless surveys using Ekahau or Air Magnet
- Strong RF design, AP placement, antenna selection, and interference mitigation knowledge
- Experience with Arista switches, VLANs, QoS, OSPF, and BGP
- Experience with Cisco Spaces and wireless analytics
- Knowledge of Juniper Mist Wireless solutions
- Experience working in manufacturing/high‑ceiling environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Design and architect enterprise wired and wireless network solutions
- Perform predictive and on‑site wireless surveys
- Optimize RF performance and troubleshoot wireless issues
- Support Cisco & Arista switching environments
- Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and IT teams
- Ensure compliance with networking and safety standards
