Job DescriptionBCA Structures 737 Airframe organization is looking for structures design engineers with previous design experience in our 737 product to support production at our Renton, WA location.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Aeronautical or Material Sciences)
- 12+ years related work experience in structure design.
- Experience with CATIA V5 and Boeing specific design tools and processes
- Has previous job experience working on the 737 program in Structures
- Ability to excel in a highly dynamic environment, team-oriented atmosphere
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex, nuanced results in a clear, concise manner that is easily understood by a wide audience
- Have initiative and ability to recognize needs/SOW without explicit guidance
- Be able to provide technical solutions to a wide range of problems
- Familiar with DCCS, ETAC, PDM
