Description:

- Perform technical integration activities supporting engineering tools, processes, risk management systems, and visibility enhancements. Analyze engineering data, performance metrics, and organizational requirements to support business operations and project objectives. Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve business systems, maintain configuration control, and support engineering process implementation.

* Must be a U.S. Citizen
#Education & Job Requirements
* Associate's degree or higher
* 3+ years of experience in customer support
* Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
* Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
#Preferred Skills
* 5+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
#Job Duties & Functions
* Perform studies, analyses, trend evaluations, variance assessments, impact assessments, and risk assessments to determine impacts and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvements, and program initiatives
* Collect, analyze, and validate engineering performance metrics to support business needs
* Coordinate organizational requirements and engineering data to support operational objectives
* Collaborate with managers, engineers, manufacturing personnel, suppliers, and stakeholders
* Improve business systems and implement best practices that support project decision-makers
* Guide training activities and provide subject matter expertise in the utilization of processes, tools, and engineering design integration
* Assist with plans and processes to ensure products meet technical, data, regulatory, and company requirements
* Maintain configuration control throughout engineering and business processes
* Act as the primary contact for establishing stakeholder requirements and project objectives
* Support technical integration efforts related to engineering tools, processes, risk management systems, and dashboard visibility enhancements
