Description- Coordinates and manages design firms as required, analyzes design changes on (Design-Build) projects or value engineering opportunities on (Bid-Build) projects.
- Mentors, coaches, provides feedback and evaluates the performance of engineers.
- Assists with management of project resource availability/efficiency.
- Provides project decision making/leadership in the absence of a Project Manager.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree
