We are looking for a Front of House Supervisor who helps the team deliver a best‑in‑class guest experience every shift. The role includes managing the flow of the venue, supervising the team, owning the opening and closing, and stepping in as needed to keep the business running at its best. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak periods is required.
WhatYou Will DoLead the Floor
- Supervise the team during service to ensure every guest interaction meets Topgolf's best‑in‑class standard.
- Coach and develop team members in real time to build skills, confidence, and accountability.
- Uphold operating procedures, service standards, and safety protocols throughout every shift.
- Drive associate engagement and create an environment where people are proud to work.
- Execute opening and closing procedures with consistency and attention to detail.
- Ensure work rules, compliance standards, and SOPs are followed across the team during your shift.
- Manage shift flow and adjust in real time when volume, staffing, or guest needs change.
- Assist with other business functions including team member development, ordering, inventory, facilities, and marketing as needed.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for leading people.
- Must be 18 years of age or older as required by state or local law.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
- Ability to remain on your feet and in motion for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Ability to perform a variety of physical tasks consistently throughout the workday.
- Ability to work in varying outdoor weather conditions for extended periods.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a venue environment that may include moderate to high levels of background noise.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for periods of time while performing desk‑based tasks.
Renton location pay rate is $26.00 - $28.75 per hour.
