Program Finance Analyst

Leidos is seeking a Program Finance Analyst to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Western Service Center (WSC). This onsite role is located in Renton, Washington.

• Perform financial analysis, budgeting, and cost estimation for Task Orders.
• Analyze actual costs, budget variances, and estimate at completion (EAC).
• Prepare monthly financial statements and Task Order close‑outs.
• Validate invoice expenses and resolve discrepancies.
• Track Task Order funding balances and update internal financial databases.
• Review travel and training authorizations for accuracy and maintain funding spreadsheets.
• Validate employee charges, time, travel, and other direct cost expenses.
• Track expense reports through approval process.
• Assist with new employee onboarding, training, and orientation.

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with less than 2 years of experience. Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance Suitability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, data collection, reporting, and presentation skills.

Pay range: $59,150.00 - $. Actual salary will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors.
