Finance Career Foundation Program

Finance Career Foundation Program (FCFP) is a two‑year rotational program designed to accelerate the development of finance professionals. New participants will begin in July 2027 at a Boeing site in Washington, Missouri, or Arizona.

After spending the first 12 months at one site, participants will physically relocate twice in six‑month increments through company‑sponsored relocation, diving deeper into finance at various U.S. sites such as Washington, Missouri, Arizona, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Oklahoma, Texas, and California.

• Tukwila, WA – KC-46/Legacy Tankers Contracts Specialist
• El Segundo, CA – Government Satellites Financial Analyst
• Plano, TX – Boeing Global Services Core FP&A and IR

Through four six‑month rotations, participants will learn about Boeing’s business, gain technical skill development, and receive exposure to the company’s finance portfolio. The focus areas include cash and cost management, market trends, accounting policy, financial reporting, aircraft and aftermarket services relationships, cost estimating, proposal development, contract negotiations, and more.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business or engineering‑related field by June 2027; demonstrated leadership experience through internships, volunteer activities, or university clubs and associations; currently employed as an Intern with The Boeing Company.

Preferred Qualifications: Overall GPA of 3.5 or above on a 4.0 scale; work or unpaid experience in areas such as business, finance, accounting, data analytics, economics, contracts/negotiations, financial planning, estimating and pricing, statistics, operations research, aerospace engineering, or mechanical engineering.

Selected candidates graduating by June 2027 will begin the program in July 2027. December graduates or those already employed full‑time may start full‑time employment with Boeing in January 2027 on a temporary assignment until the program begins in July 2027.

Participants will begin at a chosen location (e.g., Berkeley, MO; Saint Charles, MO; Hazelwood, MO; Mesa, AZ; Tukwila, WA; Everett, WA; Renton, WA; Seattle, WA). The position offers company‑sponsored relocation. Relocation will be provided for each second‑year rotation (lump sum plus travel allowance).

Some rotations may require the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance. Candidates must be U.S. citizens.

Summary pay range: $80,169.00.
