Financial Analyst (Senior or Lead/Subject Matter Expert)
Financial Analyst role (Senior or Lead/Subject Matter Expert) for the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) integration team in Renton, Everett or Auburn, Washington. This position offers relocation assistance for qualified candidates and will be hybrid with on‑site work at one of the listed locations.
Responsibilities- Initiate assignments and lead integration and analysis of resource forecasts and/or Estimates at Completion (EACs) for control accounts, budgets, functions or pools.
- Develop financial EACs for contracts or programs and performance reports.
- Lead integration of variance analyses and provide understanding of operational and financial performance to senior management.
- Make recommendations to executive leadership on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience.
- Develop, review, analyze, and maintain cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including earned value and variance analyses, and communicate trends.
- Lead development of business cases using appropriate indices.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise to troubleshoot process and tool issues, determine root causes, and recommend solutions.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- 5+ years of experience with data analysis and/or data mining.
- 5+ years in Finance, Accounting, Business or related role.
- 5+ years of financial analysis, financial modeling, financial or resource forecasts, and/or assessment of associated risks and opportunities.
- Experience with Finance Integration.
- Experience in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, linking worksheets).
- Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Strong presentation skills to Senior and Executive Management.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving, time‑management, and workload prioritization skills.
- Must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
- U.S. Person required for export control compliance (U.S. Citizen, National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
- 10+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Locations:
Renton, Everett, Auburn, Washington. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
Senior (Level4): $122,400 – $165,600. Lead/SME (Level5): $151,300 – $204,700. Compensation based on experience, qualifications, market, and business considerations.
