Demand Planning Analyst

Requisition Summary

The Demand Planning Analyst is responsible for managing part forecasts in support of the Parts Distribution Center (PDC) Inventory Planning team using integrated forecasting applications.

• Actively manage forecasts of parts included in seasonal promotions, incorporating all pertinent information to help obtain optimal results.
• Achieve, track, and maintain forecast accuracy according to stated goals.
• Promote continuous improvement of forecasting processes and procedures.
• Work closely with Inventory Planners in achieving optimal inventory management results.
• Manage special projects as necessary.
• Provide timely, quality information to Materials Management through regular updates.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, or related field is required.
• 2 years of relevant work experience (i.e., Inventory Control, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics) including intermediate proficiency with SQL required.
• Six Sigma experience a plus.
• Advanced PC skills in Word, Excel, and Access a plus.
• Knowledge of Python or other coding preferred.
• Strong self‑management skills and initiative.
• Tableau experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Blue Yonder/JDA or other forecasting software.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical ability to monitor and identify trends in large volumes of data.

Salary range: $65,500 – $89,760 annually. This role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
