Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight!

Job Overview

This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations.

Be part of the team that’s revolutionizing space exploration by dramatically lowering the cost of access to space. Your financial expertise will directly enable Blue Origin's mission to return humanity to the Moon while making spaceflight more affordable, sustainable, and accessible than ever before.

We are seeking a motivated and analytical critical thinker to serve as the Financial Business Partner for our Engines Avionics and Control Products (ACP) program. In this key role, you will collaborate directly with ACP program leadership while partnering with stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, and test operations to drive financial excellence and program success within Blue Origin's Engines business unit.

As the financial steward for the Engines Avionics and Control Products (ACP) program, you will provide comprehensive financial analysis and strategic guidance to program leadership. In this role, your financial strategies and insights will directly impact Blue Origin's ability to develop cost‑effective avionics and control systems that are critical to reducing launch costs and expanding access to space.

You’ll develop insights on cost performance trends, create financial models to evaluate program decisions, and establish metrics to track program financial health. You'll have the opportunity to leverage cutting‑edge AI tools to design and implement revolutionary approaches to financial modeling and forecasting processes that are as innovative as our rockets. Your financial expertise will be instrumental in helping the ACP team make informed business decisions that balance technical excellence with fiscal responsibility as we work to make space more accessible for everyone.

We are seeking a proactive, detail‑ and service‑oriented analyst with excellent financial skills, analytical ability, and interpersonal skills who thrives in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment and handles ambiguity with confidence. Passion for our mission and vision is required!
