• * Oversees CORE's master department budget and project budgets, including budget development, expense management, and analysis, reporting and projection of monies and resource allocations:
• * Develops budgets for grants and contracts, manages expenses for grants and contracts, and provides budget analysis for the department.

• * Leads the development of CORE's financial and accounting systems to support strategic priorities, and to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and contract requirements.
• * Initiates and leads process improvement activities related to financial systems, including payroll, invoicing, cash management, procurement, expense reimbursement, and PCards.
