We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver hands‑on care to patients recovering in a skilled nursing environment.

• Provide skilled PT treatments under the supervision of a PT
• Assist patients with mobility, strength, balance, and transfers
• Monitor patient response and communicate progress to PT
• Document treatments accurately and timely

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited PTA program
• Active (or pending) state PTA license
• SNF experience preferred, not required
