A contract opportunity is available for two skilled Speech‑Language Pathologists to support a school setting in Renton, WA. This role requires expertise in delivering specialized speech and language services to students, fostering their communication skills and academic success. Candidates will work full‑time with a caseload of approximately 50 students, providing targeted therapeutic services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct speech and language assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and implement effective therapy interventions.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans to meet evolving needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote a comprehensive approach to student care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state regulations relevant to special education.
Qualifications And Experience
  • Valid Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) certification or license appropriate for school settings.
  • Demonstrated experience working as an SLP in educational environments with a caseload similar in size and complexity.
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language development, disorders, and intervention strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with students, parents, and interdisciplinary teams.
Position Details
  • Location:

    Renton, WA
  • Contract positions, with a start date for Position 1 as soon as possible, and Position 2 beginning at the end of February.
  • Contract end date:
    June 12, 2026
  • Full‑time schedule, 37.5 hours per week
  • Caseload of 50 students
  • No Speech‑Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) support provided
