Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients struggling with substance abuse and addiction.
• Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions to support recovery and mental health.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for clients.
• Conduct educational workshops and prevention programs for clients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in substance abuse treatment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Licensed or certified as a Substance Abuse Counselor (e.g., LADC, CADC).
• Proven experience working with substance abuse disorders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain professional boundaries.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical practices.
