Thrive ABA Therapy is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with preferred five years of post-certification BCBA experience who is passionate about providing high-quality, individualized ABA therapy to young autistic children and their families.

. We do not employ Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs). Every child receives services directly from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, allowing you to focus on meaningful clinical work, develop strong relationships with families, and provide individualized treatment.

Compensation Expected Full-Time Annual Compensation:
Approximately $52,000–$84,600+
Thrive BCBAs are hourly employees with a consistent annual schedule of 24 hours per week
, providing predictable full-time employment while maintaining the flexibility of an hourly compensation structure.
Compensation Includes
- Billable clinical services: $50–$75 per hour
- Paid non-billable administrative time: at a lower rate
Paid Administrative Time Includes
- Driving between clients
- Prepping materials
- Completing session notes

Position Responsibilities
The BCBA will:
- Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Create and modify ABA programming based on client progress
- Collect and analyze treatment data
- Provide caregiver coaching and training
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, schools, and other professionals
- Complete clinical documentation and insurance requirements
- Monitor progress and make data-based treatment decisions
Minimum Qualifications Required
- Preferred Qualifications:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Experienced Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) candidates with extensive clinical experience will also be considered. - Washington State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
- 5 + years preferred. Exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered.
- Experience independently managing ABA cases from assessment through treatment implementation
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation

- Experience providing in-home ABA therapy
- Experience working with young autistic children
- Strong caregiver coaching skills
- Experience working independently in natural environments
