Behavior Analyst

Role: Behavioral Health Clinician providing assessment, intervention, and support for individuals with autism, IDD, or mental health needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Communicate progress and coordinate care with supervisors, families, and community members.
• Implement and monitor BIPs effectively across various settings, including homes, schools, and workplaces.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and complete progress notes regularly.
• Organize training to ensure staff competency in behavioral interventions and documentation.
• Maintain detailed clinical records and act as liaison with the mental health community.
• Support ongoing program development and complete continuing education on behavioral techniques.

• Experience with behavioral intervention and developmental psychology.
• At least 2 years working with individuals with developmental disabilities or challenging behaviors.
• Reliable with physical tasks, including standing, bending, and moving between seated and standing positions.
• State-specific licensure or certification requirements, such as BCBA, BCaBA, Licensed Psychologist, or relevant degrees.
• Documented coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
