We are seeking a professional and compassionate Patient Services Representative for a temporary onsite opportunity in Renton, WA. This role serves as the first point of contact for patients and is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the daily administrative operations of a healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Answer incoming calls and assist with patient inquiries, scheduling requests, and general questions.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
• Register new patients and update demographic, insurance, and contact information.
• Verify insurance coverage and eligibility prior to appointments.
• Collect copays and process patient payments in accordance with office procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records within electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and follow-up appointments as needed.
• Respond to patient concerns and escalate issues appropriately.
• Assist providers and clinical staff with administrative support functions.
• Process incoming faxes, medical records requests, and correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards.
