Do You Qualify?

• Are you an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) in WA or an HCA / CNA Student?

• Can you pass a criminal background check?

• Are you comfortable working 4–6-hour daytime shifts?

• Are you comfortable taking clients to doctor appointments, running errands, and going out into the community?

What We Offer:

• $21.30–$25.00 per hour, with weekly pay by direct deposit

• Paid travel time between clients

• Part-time hours that flex with client needs, on-call and overnight options

Your Responsibilities!

• Companionship, Conversation, Activities!

• Mobility, Transfers, Light Exercise

• Meal Preparation

• Medication Reminders

• Support with Personal Hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming)

• Light Housekeeping

• Transportation (Mostly requested)

• Some clients have friendly dogs in the home, so caregivers must be comfortable around pets

• Schedule:
  
  Shifts mainly range from 4 to 6 hours during the day. (Monday - Sunday)

What We Require:

• At least 6 months of paid caregiving experience; reliable and dependable

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Home Care Aide (HCA), or enrolled in a training program in Washington State

• Valid driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle

• Able to pass a background check and TB test

• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs

• Able to read, write, and speak basic English for safety
