Dynamic Rx Labs is a 503‑A state‑of‑the‑art compounding pharmacy. We specialize in compounding top‑quality custom, non‑sterile and sterile medication to serve patients in various states. The pharmacy features an expertly trained staff of licensed technicians and pharmacists who maintain a high standard of excellence and positive attitude.

Pharmacy Call Center Representatives are the backbone of any great compounding pharmacy and vitally important to keeping our pharmacy running smoothly. Other qualifications we hope you have are:

• Must have a Pharmacy Assistant license from the state of WA

As a Pharmacy Call Center Representative, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring patients receive their medication on time and with care. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Assist pharmacists and technicians in processing prescriptions.
• Answering incoming phone calls and assisting with outgoing patient communication.
• Accepting patient payments and providing exceptional customer service.
• Filing and retrieving various pharmacy records.
• Preparing injection kits and printing inserts for prescriptions as needed or as assigned.
• Maintaining and cleaning assigned work areas and equipment as designated by supervisor.

AM Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

The pay range for this role is: 22 - 22 USD per hour (Dynamic RX Labs LLC)
