Physical Therapist-Renton

Schedule: Full-time, on-site

An established healthcare services provider is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical care. This role is central to ensuring excellent patient outcomes through hands-on treatment, documentation, and supervision of support staff.

• Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain timely documentation of goals, progress, and medical necessity
• Supervise and coach assistants and aides to ensure quality care delivery
• Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program
• Current state licensure
• CPR certification
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities
• Ability to lift 50 lbs independently
• Ability to remain active (standing/walking) throughout the shift
