RRT Regional Clinical Manager opportunity supporting respiratory services across Washington and Oregon.
This leadership role is ideal for an experienced Respiratory Therapist who enjoys developing teams, improving patient outcomes, and driving clinical excellence across multiple locations.

What You'll Be Leading:

- Clinical staff development, coaching, and performance management
- CPAP compliance and patient adherence initiatives
- Quality improvement and clinical outcomes programs
Home oxygen and respiratory equipment services - Clinical education for patients, referral partners, and staff
What We're Looking For:
- RRT or CRT credential required
- Prior management or supervisory experience required
- Experience leading Respiratory Therapists and clinical teams
- Strong operational, coaching, and leadership skills
- Ability to travel throughout Washington and Oregon
