Spa Front Desk​/Receptionist; Part-Time

Officially known as the Spa Concierge, as a member of the Glade Spring Spa reception team you will be the ambassador of the spa; welcoming each guest as they walk through our doors. With a guest-service mentality and a desire to create meaningful experiences, you will work to ensure that guests receive the pampered, relaxing, and rejuvenating experience they seek. Comfortable on the phone as well as with face-to-face guest interaction, you will be responsible for booking appointments, greeting guests upon arrival, and escorting guests to treatment areas.

With time and learning, you will become an expert on our products and services, enabling you to provide pertinent information to spa guests.

Salary: $18.00/hour

• Answer telephones in friendly and courteous manner, providing information, scheduling appointments and taking the necessary notes
• Complete payment transactions prior or post a guests spa/salon treatment
• Assist in the professional and clean image of all spa and surrounding facilities
• Communicate all necessary guest information, allergies, and request to the appropriate service provider

• Must be detail oriented and have excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in the spa or salon industry preferred
• Previous customer service and cash handling experience required
• Industry related certifications or education a plus
