Sonesta International Hotels seeks a Front Desk Manager to lead the front desk team, train staff, and schedule shifts while supporting the Front Office Manager with accounting and HR functions. The role also serves as a Guest Service Agent in absence of management and represents the hotel with guests.
You will oversee front desk operations, ensure staff are trained on all procedures, and manage cash, credit card transactions, and guest information in alignment with Sonesta standards.
