Location: Tukwila, WA (On-site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Compensation: $120,000/year base + full benefits
Travel: Up to 10%

Our client is seeking a dynamic, solutions-driven Senior Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across multiple manufacturing and production facilities. What You ll DoStrategic HR Leadership
- Partner with site leaders to align HR strategies with production, quality, safety, and labor goals.
- Lead HR execution across multi-state operations, ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Manage compensation, benefits, job leveling, and pay practices for hourly and salaried employees.
- Oversee HRIS/Payroll operations, optimizing workflows and training managers.
- Build and deliver training for managers and frontline leaders (coaching, corrective action, interviewing, communication).
- Support skills development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Lead investigations, conflict resolution, corrective action, and policy enforcement.
- Partner with Safety/EHS on risk reduction, safety culture, and compliance across multiple states.
- Direct hiring strategies for hourly and salaried roles.
- Improve time-to-fill, onboarding consistency, and retention for new hires.
- Develop and implement company wide HR policies (attendance, conduct, scheduling, leave, safety-related HR, etc.).
- Ensure multi-state legal compliance and consistent adoption across all facilities.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing/production environments.
- Multi-site, multi-state HR leadership experience.
- Strong background in employee relations, investigations, corrective action, and policy building.
- Experience partnering with operations leaders in fast-paced, high-volume settings.
- Working knowledge of wage/hour laws, ADA, leaves, and general HR compliance.
- HRIS/Payroll experience.
- HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP).
- Bilingual (Spanish/English).
- High visibility with senior leadership
