As the HR Coordinator, you’ll be an integral part of the HR team — supporting recruiting, onboarding, HR administration, and employee services across the organization. This role is office-based, collaborative, and ideal for someone who thrives on structure, clear communication, and helping others succeed.
Overview of the HR Coordinator role:
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and lead orientation activities, including I‑9 management
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR files
- Support recruiting efforts and maintain applicant tracking system records
- Assist the HR team with daily HR functions and special projects
- Complete additional HR-related tasks as assigned to support smooth operations

Qualifications for the HR Coordinator role:
- High school diploma required; additional HR coursework or certification a plus
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience in a professional setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- HRIS experience preferred, particularly with systems like ADP
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an ethical, proactive approach
