Job Description

Hiring a Technical Recruiter for a large tech company in Seattle, WA.

As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientation for new employees. You will also perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status. This position requires a bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of experience in the field or a related area. The role involves utilizing your extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, with the potential to lead and direct the work of others.

• Recruit, interview, and check references for potential new hires.
• Make job offers and conduct orientation sessions for new employees.
• Perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status.
• Plan and accomplish recruitment goals using extensive experience and judgment.
• Possibly lead and direct the work of others in the recruitment process.

• 5-8 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Familiarity with a variety of recruitment concepts, practices, and procedures.
• 4+ years of sourcing, specifically in technical roles such as SDE 2's and SDE 3's.
• Experience in talent acquisition, hiring, and sourcing.

• Technical sourcing experience, particularly in large technology companies.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Previous experience in large tech firms is considered ideal.

You will work in a dynamic and creative environment where a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. The role may involve leading and directing the work of others, and you will typically report to a manager or head of a unit/department.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
