Be a part of shaping the future of talent at the Boeing Company. We are seeking an experienced or senior Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) to join our team. This is a fully onsite position in Renton or Everett, WA.

This is an exciting opportunity to be strategic partners to business leaders, aligning business objectives and HR processes with employees and management. This role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, communicates proactively with business leaders, and develops integrated solutions. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance on HR policies, performance management, employee development, and change management
• Identify and address systemic workforce trends and issues by producing and analyzing metrics and employee feedback to inform HR strategy and continuous improvement
• Lead or support complex employee relations cases, ensuring consistent, equitable, and policy-aligned resolutions
• Coach and develop leaders to increase managerial capability, strengthen team performance, and drive engagement
• Partner with our Centers of Excellence (COE) to deploy programs in areas such as compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, learning, and inclusion
• Drive and support initiatives that nurture a safe, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture consistent with Boeing's values
• Responsible to support organizational strategic projects and initiatives including full life-cycle talent management, strategic skills planning and development, and workforce planning

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
• 3+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
• 3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
• 3+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
• 3+ years of experience in project management
• 3+ years of experience creating and analyzing data and metrics through the use of HR systems (HRMS, People Soft, Taleo, etc) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) and/or bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with labor agreements and collective bargaining environments is a plus
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) with a friendly and approachable demeanor
